Deep Tissue Massage
Balance Your Chi
Deep tissue massage, it's more than just deep pressure. This massage therapy focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and breaking up scar tissue. Different than Swedish massage, the goals and techniques are unique as well. It involves applying firm to deep pressure and long slow strokes, it doesn’t always have to hurt to be effective. It’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues. It focuses on specific problems such as chronic pain, low back pain, upper back and neck pain, restricted body mobility, piriformis syndrome, sciatica and recovering injuries.

Swedish Massage
An Ancient Science
Swedish massage is the most well renowned and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage.
It involves soft, long, gliding strokes, as well as light tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles.

Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulating and manipulating energy lines called Sen. Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body. Paired with assisted yoga postures, Traditional Thai massage rarely uses oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during the treatment, lies on the floor, and participate more actively in the massage. Thai massage has many health benefits, from lowering stress to relieve muscular tension and increase energy.
